Your new company An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Global Procurement Lawyer to join a leading professional services firm specialising in risk, strategy, and people. This global organisation operates through several core businesses, providing innovative solutions and exceptional value to clients worldwide.
Your new role As a Global Procurement Lawyer, you will be based in the Belfast office and play a crucial role in providing legal support and guidance to the global procurement function. You will lead negotiations on vendor contracts globally, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating procurement contracts, managing legal risks,
and collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute to the success of the global procurement function. What you'll need to succeed 5-7 years PQE LLB or equivalent legal qualification Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong document drafting and negotiation skills Commercial acumen with the ability to deliver clear and pragmatic solutions Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines and tasks Experience with data protection legislation and negotiating DPAs Up-to-date legal knowledge to ensure compliance with relevant policies and legislation
