Global E/CTRM software house seeks an experienced EMEA New Business Sales Director based anywhere in Europe, to join their EMEA sales team.
Salary: £100-130k basic / €120-160k + 100% OTE uncapped commission structure
My client's EMEA HQ is in Central London, so it would be useful if you were commutable to London or able to get to London when needed, but this is DESIRABLE, as this is a 100% remote based position, although you will need to live near to a major EMEA airport so you can fly to meet clients (COVID permitting and where appropriate).
My client is a global leader in providing commodity trading software to small through to large multi-national commodity trading firms,
providing end-to-end trading value chain solutions across Energy (Oil, Gas, Power, LNG, Coal & Emissions), Agricultural Commodities (Wheat, Corn, Sugar, Cotton, Coffee, Cocoa) and Metals (Gold, Silver, Copper, Aluminium, Steel and even Uranium).
With offices, located in all the major global commodity trading hubs (London, Singapore, Houston, Dubai and more), they have a well established reputation and network in providing best in class E/CTRM software to Utilities, Oil & Gas Majors and Commodity Trading Houses.
To assist in their continued growth, they seek an experienced ETRM / CTRM New Business Sales Director with some experience selling ECTRM software. Already with a strong presence in EMEA, North America and Asia, they have lots of fantastic case studies to build on and cross pollinate but also an opportunity to own the EMEA region.
Reporting directly into the CEO, your role is a very autonomous requiring an experienced new business sales professional who is keen to be hands-on in selling.
The role covers the EMEA region, so you are able to work across EMEA or target specific regions, but a historical track record selling ECTRM software or other enterprise software into this region is highly desired.
It is essential that you have some ETRM / CTRM software sales experience, with a proven pedigree in enterprise software sales. It's expected and desired that you are degree educated but this isn't essential.
You must be 100% business fluent in English (written and spoken) with further EMEA language fluency also be useful especially in French, German and Spanish where the majority of existing EMEA clients are based.
