The Role
The firm is looking to hire a Real Estate Lawyer to join its top-tier Guildford office. The Real Estate department is nationally recognised, highly ranked in legal directories, and frequently handles high-value transactions, often in collaboration with or against top City firms. You will join a dynamic, innovative team that deals with a wide range of real estate matters, including sales and purchases of commercial properties, commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, and development work.

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE and experience in a quality practice
- Proven experience managing commercial property matters
