The Client Trainee Recruitment Consultant

The Incentives Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Commission structure of 40% with no threshold
- Base salary of 27k increasing to 30k once out of probation period
- Quarterly incentives team lunches, parties and trips away
- WFH 1-2 days a week once promoted and hitting targets
- Training and coaching from the best top billers in the company, who are billing 700k+
- Annual holiday incentive the top performers have the opportunity to go to places such as Dubai, Greece, Italy and Barcelona

The Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Seeking out new client relationships, understanding their needs, pitching yourself and what you can do, and building long-lasting relationships. This involvesnetworking, cold callingetc.
- Sourcing candidates through various methods, including database searches, networking, referrals and direct approaches.
Assessing candidate suitability through interviews, reviewing CVs and evaluating skills/experience against job requirements.
- Acting as a middleman between client and candidates, facilitating offer negotiations, discussing salary expectations and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Keeping informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities, so that you can give insights to client and candidates.
- Creating job advertisements tailored to attract suitable candidates. Utilising various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to promote job opportunities and attract a diverse pool of applicants.
The Ideal Candidate
- Degree educated with 2:1 or above
- Sales experience preferably B2B sales or door knocking
- Competitive in nature - a real drive to succeed ideally with a sports background
- A team player who will help boost your colleagues motivations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Money motivated and hard working to see the results
- An empathetic person who understands peoples needs
