Junior Marketing Executive
As a Junior Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team with a variety of tasks, from campaign execution to market research and content creation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your marketing skills while contributing to real-world projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, blogs, and newsletters.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs,
and competitive landscape.
- Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling engaging content and monitoring performance metrics.
- Assist with the organisation and promotion of events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Track and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Maintain marketing databases and ensure all customer and lead information is up to date.
- Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role (internships or entry-level experience accepted).
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO, PPC).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
