The Role:
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll take the reins of our social strategy, from producing compelling content and launching impactful campaigns to engaging with our audience and analysing performance. You are not just a strategist; you will be directly PRODUCING the content yourself and taking ownership. You will immerse yourself in every detail, taking responsibility for crafting stories and managing the campaigns we create, as well as the methods we use to create them.
Your mission: to grow and engage our followers while maintaining a consistent and authentic brand presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and more.
You’ll work closely with our creative and content teams,
collaborating on everything from behind-the-scenes moments to major digital campaigns. We’re looking for someone who can see the big picture, manage our social media presence for current projects, and get involved in all aspects of RD Content’s growth — from new productions to partnerships and events.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience growing social media audiences and engagement.
- Proven experience in producing your own content and managing the project from conception to delivery.
- Expertise across multiple platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
- Experience in film, TV, or content production.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire the company’s social media vision.
- The ability to use data and analytics to shape strategies and drive results.
