Are you a seasoned quality professional with GxP experience, looking to take the next step in your career? We are representing a leading global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) in their search for an Associate Director of Quality to join their team in Greater London.

In this role, you'll lead quality operations with a primary focus on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), ensuring compliance across all activities and driving continuous improvement. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality within a fast-paced and innovative environment, ensuring that products are delivered to meet regulatory requirements.







Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee quality systems, ensuring alignment with GxP and especially GMP.
- Lead audits, inspections, and compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and manufacturing.
- Provide strategic guidance on quality risk management and regulatory affairs.

Requirements:

- Extensive experience in GxP environments, with an emphasis on GMP.
- Proven leadership in quality roles within pharmaceutical or biopharma settings.
- Experience in a CDMO or similar environment is highly desirable.
