Flux Digital Labs is seeking a talented CRM Specialist with deep expertise in HubSpot to help our clients optimize their customer relationship management systems. We specialize in creating automated and scalable business solutions that drive productivity and enhance customer engagement.

As a CRM Specialist, you will work closely with our team and clients to configure, manage, and optimize HubSpot and other CRM systems.





Your role will be key in ensuring that sales, marketing, and customer service processes are streamlined for maximum efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their CRM needs and challenges, with a focus on HubSpot.
- Configure, customize, and optimize HubSpot for various business processes (sales, marketing, and customer service).
- Develop and automate workflows within HubSpot, ensuring smooth lead management, sales pipeline tracking, and customer engagement.
- Integrate HubSpot with other tools and platforms to create seamless experiences across business systems.
- Provide training, ongoing support, and best practices to clients to maximize the effectiveness of HubSpot.
- Analyze CRM data and provide actionable insights to help improve client business outcomes.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience with HubSpot CRM, including configuration, customization, and workflow automation.
- Strong knowledge of CRM processes, including lead management,





sales funnel optimization, and customer service.
- Experience integrating HubSpot with other platforms such as Slack, Monday.com, PandaDoc, and Airtable.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate CRM data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills to ensure effective collaboration and system implementation.

Additional Beneficial Skills:

- Experience with other CRMs including Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Close.com, Active Campaign.
- Experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and RevOps.

Preferred Qualifications:

- HubSpot certification(s) in CRM, Sales, or Marketing Hub.
- Previous experience consulting on CRM systems for businesses, particularly small to mid-sized companies.






- Familiarity with CRM best practices for improving customer retention, driving sales growth, and optimizing marketing efforts.
