We are looking to speak with an experienced litigator to defend claims brought against a broad range of professionals such as solicitors, accountants, FAs and insurance brokers. This is an outstanding professional indemnity team working on a full range of matters of varying complexity.

- Job title: Senior Associate
- Location: Bristol
- Salary: £75,000 - £85,000
- Reports to: Head of Department
- Previous Experience: 5 PQE+ - Candidates should have proven professional indemnity experience from a highly respected team.

This is a highly regarded team in the Bristol market. The Partners are looking for talented technical lawyers with proven professional indemnity experience who are looking for a step up.

- Caseload of pre-litigation and post-litigation liability claims
- Mix of professional indemnity insurer work and direct client work
- Full range of work from lower level to high-value, complex work running into £millions
- Mentor more junior colleagues, build leadership skills and have influence on shaping the team
- Opportunity to get involved in business development and other client-related initiatives from client seminars to thought leadership.

You will also gain exposure to regulatory issues, risk management as well as Ombudsman complaints. Policy coverage aspects of the claims are also handled by the team.
