Corporate Associate/Senior Associate – 3+ PQE – Leeds

We are working with a leading corporate team within their Leeds office. The department are highly ranked in the Legal 500 and handle a high quality of work that is both national and international.

You will have the opportunity to act on both domestic and international corporate matters for UK and global companies and entrepreneurs. This work includes public and private M&A; (both sides), general corporate advisory, ECM and public takeovers and IPO's.

The team are hiring due to growth and looking for an individual with 3+ years PQE.

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals who are:

- Trained in a reputable corporate team.
- England & Wales (or common law jurisdiction) qualified Solicitor
- Ambitious and passionate about the corporate sector.

Salary – Up to £95K depending on level and experience, as well as a competitive bonus.
