Manufacturing Engineer
Salary: £50K-£54K (D.O.E)

What You'll Do:
In this shop floor role, you'll manage product projects from quotation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness while overseeing suppliers and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product launches and supplier coordination to meet cost and timing targets
Develop and implement timing plans, PFMEAs, and control documents
Source, commission, and oversee new manufacturing equipment installations
Ensure compliance with safety standards and support quality resolutions
Drive cost-saving initiatives and support Continuous Improvement (CI)
What We're Looking For:
Degree qualified in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
Experience working with OEMs and Tier 1 automotive suppliers
Familiarity with headliner manufacturing and assembly
Proven track record in roles within just-in-time environments
Knowledge of Six Sigma / Lean manufacturing processes
IT literacy, particularly with MS Project
CAD experience is advantageous
What Else You Need To Know:
On-site role based on shop floor
40 hours per week: Mon-Thu 07:30-16:15, Fri 07:30-15:00
You must be a British Citizen or have Indefinite Leave to Remain
