We are seeking a Talent Manager with 2+ years’ experience to join our dynamic team. If you’re ready to play a key role in managing and growing digital talent while driving partnerships and strategic career growth, we’d love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Talent Management & Development – Manage a diverse roster of our digital creators, while scouting and signing emerging talent to grow our client base.
- Partnerships & Campaigns – Oversee the entire process of brand partnerships,
from negotiating fees and contracts to managing the content creation process and delivering results. You’ll work closely with talent and brands to ensure smooth execution and gather campaign insights to present post-campaign.
- Business Development – Proactively identify new opportunities for talent, whether through brand collaborations, podcasts, publishing deals or merchandise, the list never ends. Your role will be key in generating new revenue streams and building long-term relationships with brands and agencies.
- Strategic Career Planning – Partner with talent to strategise their career growth, ensuring they’re expanding their reach across platforms and exploring new avenues for success.
- Pitching & Presentations – Create compelling pitch decks and media kits that highlight talent’s unique strengths and capabilities, opening the door to exciting sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience – A minimum of 2 years in talent management,
with a strong understanding of the social media and influencer space (TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube experience is essential).
- Communication Skills – You’ll need excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with talent, brands, and internal teams.
- Industry Knowledge – A deep passion for and up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in social media and influencer marketing.
- Organised & Efficient – Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive & Creative – A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, growing company, always looking for ways to add value and drive results.
