Large, but ever so friendly firm based close to St Pauls - City Thameslink is keen to recruit an L&D; Assistant to work three days a week. It’s a busy and varied role where duties will include administrating the firm’s Business School Programmes, preparing and sending out joining instructions and any associated materials, working closely with the L&D; Advisor to manage programme participants data, managing their Learning Management System, responsible for managing Intranet admin, to ensure that that L&D; pages are informative and up to date, Scheduling relevant courses, booking processes, manage attendance and monitoring of the L&D; inbox.







To apply you will have some Learning & Development experience in a law firm or professional office environment, have a good knowledge of LMS systems, computer literacy – competency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint essential
