Job Title: PA Finance Division of Global Investment Bank (12-Month Maternity Cover)
Location: London
Start Date: November (12 months)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (5 days in office)
Pay Rate: £26 per hour + overtime at time and half £39.00
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Administrative Assistant to provide support for four Managing Directors (MDs) in a fast-paced environment. This is a 12-month maternity cover, offering an exciting opportunity to work with senior leadership and manage a variety of key administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to four MDs. Coordinate complex internal and external meetings (in-person and via Zoom). Manage and prioritize detailed calendars, handling all meeting logistics. Arrange travel itineraries and process related expense reports. Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and other documents. Maintain a strong understanding of company policies to independently handle issues. Participate in general administrative duties to support the wider division, including ad-hoc projects and group events. Partner with other administrative assistants for seamless divisional coverage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational abilities and high attention to detail. Ability to handle high-pressure situations, manage time-sensitive tasks, and prioritize effectively. Comfortable interacting with senior-level leadership. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Concur is beneficial. A proactive self-starter with problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated sense of urgency. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Preferably 3–5 years of administrative experience; previous experience in a finance-based environment is advantageous but not essential.
