About The Role
These are exciting times at TFG London. We have enjoyed strong growth in recent years and currently have four brands in our portfolio at the moment, our iconic fashion brands Phase Eight, Whistles and Hobbs and our luxury Homewares brand Inside Story.
We are not stopping there though, we have big plans for the next three years within our current brands and beyond. We want you to be part of that.
We are keen to appoint a Online Partner Manager to our Ecommerce team on a 12 month FTC to support us in achieving our short medium and long term objectives.
Key accountabilities and KPIs as Online Partner Manager include :
- Responsible for online trading and management of all brand partners,
ensuring they are optimised in line with trade directives
- Create commercial plans, seasonal calendars, and operational roadmaps for each partner to support growth targets
- Identify and pursue trading opportunities for current and new partners
- Provide weekly, monthly, and ad hoc trade analysis for all partner websites
- Manage and optimise partner websites, ensuring they align with trading objectives and maximise exposure
- Work with IT to lead and deliver production improvements, ensuring processes are continuously reviewed for current and new partners
- Lead weekly site walks and meetings with partners to optimise ranking and exposure strategy across websites
About You
To be successful in the role of Online Partner Manager the following skills, experience and behaviours are required :
- Strong experience operating in an Online Concessions / Partner environment
- Proficient in analysing online sales data, customer behaviour, and website performance metrics (e.g. Google Analytics, partner-specific dashboards)
- Ability to generate actionable insights from data to influence trading decisions and partner strategies
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships with external stakeholders
- Experience supporting and contributing to the development of junior colleagues
- Experience managing a team would be an advantage
