Chief Financial Officer

Our client, a fast-growing technology firm, specializes in providing IT consulting and solutions across multiple industries, from capital markets and financial services to manufacturing.
With ambitious growth plans in the U.S. marketplace, the company is seeking an experienced CFO to lead its financial strategy and support expansion efforts.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the firm’s financial direction while overseeing global operations, including key markets in the U.S. and India.
Key Responsibilities :
As the CFO, you’ll be an integral part of the executive leadership team, working closely with the CEO and Board.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Financial Strategy Development : Create and execute a financial strategy aligned with company goals, driving growth and profitability.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) : Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Provide actionable financial insights to support decision-making.
- Compliance & Reporting : Ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance, while strengthening internal controls to minimize risks.
- Capital & Treasury Management : Oversee capital structure, cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Investor Relations : Serve as the primary liaison with investors and stakeholders, communicating financial health and growth potential.
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;) : Lead M&A; efforts, from identifying opportunities to negotiating deals and integrating new acquisitions.
- Risk Management : Proactively assess and manage financial risks, developing strategies to safeguard the company’s financial health.
- Global Operations Leadership : Oversee financial operations across U.S. and India markets, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with global strategy.
- Workforce Management : Lead financial oversight for a rapidly growing workforce of 2,500 employees, driving cost-effective workforce planning.
- ERP Implementation : Manage comprehensive ERP transitions, ensuring seamless planning, implementation, and optimization.
Qualifications :
To thrive in this role, you’ll need :
- 15+ years of senior financial leadership experience, including CFO roles within global IT consulting or professional services firms.
- Proven success driving financial performance in a rapidly scaling company, with revenues of $75 million+.
- In-depth knowledge of India compliance and taxation requirements.
- Strong expertise in M&A;, FP&A;, and ERP implementation (e.g., Netsuite, SAP, Oracle).
- Experience managing cross-border operations and working in multiple time zones.
- A results-driven mindset, with the ability to lead high-performing teams and inspire cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Base Salary : $200,000 - $350,000
- Bonus : Up to 20% performance-based bonus
