Pastry Junior Sous responsibilities:
- Assisting in the creation and preparation of stunning desserts, pastries, and baked goods for our fine dining restaurant, afternoon teas, and exclusive events.
- Maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency, adhering to the hotels five-star expectations.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the pastry section when the Pastry Sous Chef is unavailable.
- Managing inventory and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and sourced to the hotels high standards.
- Supporting, training, and motivating junior chefs and pastry apprentices.
