Salary Range : £38,092 - £42,389 per annum, plus Market Supplement of £2,000 per annum

Work Location : Totton Hub, near Southampton, with travel across the area (Hybrid Working)

Hours per Week : 37 (part-time hours will be considered)

Contract Type : Permanent

The Role :

Join our friendly, supportive team as a qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration. You’ll conduct home visits to lead holistic assessments, plan and review interventions.

You’ll provide support across our multi-disciplinary Reablement Service,





a strengths-based short-term service helping the people we care for maintain or regain independence in daily activities.

What you’ll be doing :

- Leading on the assessment, planning and reviewing of complex case work.
- Conducting person-centred functional analysis and interventions to help service users maintain or regain independence in daily activities.
- Collaborating with a diverse team, including Occupational Therapists, practitioners, carers, sensory staff and business support.
- Working independently, providing expertise and support to staff, informed by social care legislation and clinical knowledge.
- Our service operates seven days a week and there will be a requirement to work weekends on a rotational 1 : 8 basis.

What we’re looking for :

- Occupational Therapy qualification and professional registration with HCPC.
- Experience in assessment, planning and reviewing of case work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, escalating cases as required.
- Commitment to demonstrating our values and behaviours.






- Understanding of the statutory duties of local government in social care and the social care model.
- Some experience of supervising staff.

Travel Requirements :

You will be required to travel to various locations within Hampshire, and it is essential that you have a current drivers’ licence and access to a reliable vehicle on a regular basis.
