About the Role :
- Design and deliver engaging and informative Biology lessons tailored to the needs of A-Level students.
- Cultivate a stimulating and supportive learning environment that fosters a love of science,
critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Guide students in developing a deep understanding of biological concepts, theories, and research methods.
- Prepare students for success in external A-Level examinations.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Science department and contribute to college-wide events.
The Ideal Candidate :
- Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Biology or a closely related subject.
- Demonstrates a strong passion for Biology and a captivating teaching style.
- Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management within a mature learning environment.
- Fosters a positive and inclusive learning environment that challenges and motivates students.
