Job description

Commercial Sales Administrator

£12 to £12.50 per hour plus Target driven Bonus

Monday to Friday

09.00 - 17.30

Hull Office based

Driving Licence essential for client visits

We are working closely with a loyal client in looking for a Commercial Administrator to work alongside the sales team. This role will be working on existing sales leads and a database of clients and setting appointments for the sales team to follow up with at the meetings you will have booked.

Ideally we are looking for the successful candidate to have the following attributes and experience :

- Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role with Admin or sales
- Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills






- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette
- A professional and courteous disposition
- Persuasive and results-oriented
- GCSE's or equivalent
- Strong Administration skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities :

- Field basic questions and concerns about the products and services
- Schedule consultations between the prospective client and the Commercial Manager or Sales Team
- Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered
- Attempt to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact
