About the Role :
- Design and deliver engaging and informative Physics lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum.
- Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love of science,
critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of core mathematical and physical principles, analytical skills, and practical applications.
- Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, and beyond) in both Mathematics and Physics.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Science and Mathematics departments to enhance the curriculum and create a holistic learning experience.
- Contribute to the school's academic excellence and participate in extracurricular activities related to Science and Mathematics.
The Ideal Candidate :
- Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Physics or a closely related subject.
- Demonstrates a strong passion for Physics and a captivating teaching style.
- Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management within a diverse learning environment.
- Fosters a positive and inclusive learning environment that challenges and motivates students.
