We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our client's organisation in South Croydon as a Part-Time Accounts Assistant.

Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records.
- Process and track invoices, expenses, and payments.
- Prepare and submit financial reports as needed.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in an accounts assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Working days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with working hours from 9 am to 5 pm.
