We have anexciting opportunity for a SeniorRegionalManager to join our rapidly growing RailDivision and coverthe Wales region.
Reporting to theOperations Director you will contribute to the growth of thisdivision and will ensure that we exceed our clients expectations onsafety quality and operationaldelivery.
What youllachieve :
- Managing teamof Contract Managers and Site Managers to meet and exceed clientand internalKPIs.
- Delivering thestrategic objectives of the Raildivision.
- Lead theimplementation of best practice including the most appropriate useof plant andequipment.
- Inspiringsafety excellence throughout theregion.
- Contractnegotiation with new and existingclients.
- Meeting andexceeding agreedbudgets.
- Reporting to theOperations Director and other stakeholders on safety profitabilityand operationalperformance.
- Other dutiesas directed and deemed reasonable by the OpsDirector.
Who are welooking for
- Experienceof working in the rail industry as a contract manager is essentialand experience of vegetation clearance projects would bebeneficial.
- Strongleadership skills and the ability to manage teams across a largeregion.
- Significantexperience in an operational role coupled with PLmanagement.
- Able todemonstrate examples where you have acted as a champion forSafety.
- Good reportingskills both written andnumerical.
- A proven trackrecord of building client relationships and can demonstrate whereyou have developed these to win new businessopportunities.
