We are currently supporting a client in the digital assets space with their search for a Head of Digital Marketing.
The organisation is a Crypto/Fintech start up focused on are building a global, regulated and tech-leading digital asset management platform, aimed at providing (U)HNWIs, intermediaries and institutional investors with seamless and safe exposure to digital asset-focused investment products. Their presence is across market-leading jurisdictions, including Switzerland, the US and the UK.
As the Digital Marketing lead you will own and execute their end-to-end digital marketing strategy, from SEO to lead generation campaigns.
You’ll focus on building digital funnels that drive MQLs ,with a specific emphasis on attracting high-net-worth and institutional clients. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury financial products, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to HNWIs and institutional investors.
- Manage SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and improve search rankings.
Build & Optimize Digital Funnels
- Design and implement digital sales funnels that generate high-quality MQLs, optimizing for client acquisition and conversion.
- Monitor and refine user journeys to ensure seamless experiences that engage our target audience.
SEO & Digital Marketing Expertise
- Demonstrate expertise in SEO best practices, optimizing content and website structure for search visibility.
- Leverage digital marketing techniques to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Collaborate with 3rd Party Agencies
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, ensuring alignment with internal teams to enhance marketing effectiveness across channels (social, email, paid media, etc.).
- Ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistent performance across all platforms.
Data-Driven Performance Tracking
- Implement a data-driven approach to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using key metrics to drive ROI and inform strategy adjustments.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on insights and performance data to achieve superior results.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or SEO roles, preferably within financial institutions, digital asset companies, or top-tier marketing agencies.
- Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns aimed at high-net-worth and institutional clients.
- Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and funnel optimisation.
- Experience collaborating with external agencies to enhance campaign performance and ensure brand consistency.
- Data-driven mindset, with strong analytical skills to track KPIs, measure ROI, and make data-backed recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
