£350 - £400 per day
Immediate start until July 2025

Are you a graduate with a degree in SEN or psychology? Do you want to gain hands-on experience supporting a child with complex needs in a school setting?
We’re offering an opportunity for a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to work 1 : 1 with a child in a Good’ primary school.
This is a challenging but rewarding role, where you’ll provide essential support to a child who needs it most.
You’ll work closely with the class teacher and SEN team,
ensuring the child receives the tailored support they require. The role demands patience, resilience, and a strong commitment to making a difference in the child’s educational journey.
What you’ll do :
- Provide 1 : 1 support to a child with complex needs
- Assist in implementing individual learning and support plans
- Work alongside the teacher and SEN team to create a positive learning environment
- Help the child with day-to-day activities and their personal development
Requirements :
- A degree in SEN, psychology, or a related field
- A genuine interest in working with children with complex needs
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
