The Opportunity

Finatal is partnered with an exciting, entrepreneurial family office who are looking to add a junior investor to their world-class team. Your primary focus will be on evaluating and executing deals for their private equity co-investment and direct portfolio. This is an unparalleled opportunity for a driven, strategically-minded individual to move into an established but growing investing platform.

The Role

- You will be involved on deals end-to-end (both direct investments and co-investments). This will include origination, due diligence/evaluation, execution and portfolio monitoring.






- You will participate in various kinds of financial analysis (including modelling) and operational analysis of portfolio companies.
- You will be responsible for performing due diligence assessments and producing reports (commercial, financial, legal…).
- You will also have the opportunity to produce IMs, review documents etc.
- You will work closely with the rest of the deal team to identify, screen, evaluate and make recommendations on potential investments.
- You will assist with portfolio management, including tracking performance and preparing dashboards, strategic input and assessing operational focus points.

The Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, investing or similar.
- An exceptional academic track record.
- Strong modelling skills and a developed commercial acumen.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ambitious, adaptable mindset.
