We are on the hunt for an experienced Cruise Consultant to join an award-winning travel company who have a great reputation in the travel industry. The Cruise Consultant will be arranging a wide range of bespoke cruises to travellers across the globe. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a cruise loving travel agent or tour operator with a passion for cruise. Homeworking and hybrid roles available.

Cruise Consultant Duties:

* Creating and Booking Luxury European and Worldwide cruise and packages for travellers across the globe.







* Professionally handling inbound telephone and email enquiries.

* Arranging port transfers, upgraded cabins and other related ancillary products.

* Offering advice and recommendations to customers.

* Offering a cutting edge customer service.

* Participating in cruise ship visits and FAM trips to increase product knowledge.

Cruise Consultant - Requirements:

* Experience selling a range of cruises from a cruise specialist, tour operator or travel agent background

* Exceptional customer services skills with excellent knowledge of cruises

* Meticulous attention to detail
