Are you a Mechanical Contracts Manager or similar looking for a specialist and dynamic role where you will work on bespoke projects across the commercial, residential and industrial sectors within a growing mechanical services provider offering the autonomy to make the role your own and to progress to senior leadership?

This well-established company provide mechanical services including plumbing, heating and ventilation to a plethora of clients across the commercial, industrial and residential sectors in and around Northern Ireland.





They have seen continual growth since their establishment in 2003 to the point they have 15 employees and due to an ever-increasing workload are now looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their friendly team.

This varied role will see you taking the technical lead on a range of bespoke contracts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, overseeing engineering teams during site visits and conducting regular audits of contracts to ensure compliance with regulations. You will work closely with clients and senior leadership before ensuring all contracts are executed effectively.

This exciting role would suit a Contracts Manager looking for a technically challenging and exciting role where you will travel to sites across Northern Ireland in a role offering ongoing progression to senior roles.

The Role:

Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00 / Friday 08:00 - 15:00
Negotiate and review contracts
Monitor contract performance
Complete regular audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations






Prepare and present reports on contract performance
Liaise with relevant stakeholdersThe Person:

Contract Manager or similar
Mechanical background
Full UK Driving Licence- happy to travel to sites across Northern IrelandReference Number: BBBH16156
