Enterprise Service Manager (Financial Services Enterprise Customers)

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services team is looking for Enterprise Service Managers (ESM) who are experienced Technology Consulting leaders to manage the selling and delivery relationship with our commercial enterprise organizations, develop a long term Professional Services strategy and execute that strategy with those accounts.
The ESM is a trusted advisor for our largest and most committed customers. The role includes all aspects of the sales lifecycle from opportunity development through to negotiation and contract signature.
Key job responsibilities
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about developing long-term consulting relationships with C-suite customers. This role involves engaging deeply with customers to understand their business drivers and application portfolios, then collaborating to develop comprehensive cloud strategies. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying and developing specific opportunities, building business cases, and shaping deals through estimations and pricing. Contract negotiations, project planning and implementation, and risk mitigation are also essential responsibilities. Acting as a single point of contact for customer executives, the consultant will build trusted relationships and educate customers on AWS services, translating their value proposition into clear business benefits.
Inspiring customers and coaching internal teams towards self-sufficiency are also key aspects of this customer-facing role, which may require travel to client locations for hands-on project delivery.

Professional Services engage in a wide variety of projects for customers and partners, providing collective experience from across the AWS customer base and are obsessed about strong success for the Customer. Our team collaborates across the entire AWS organization to bring access to product and service teams, to get the right solution delivered and drive feature innovation based upon customer needs.
