Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the Womenswear team to deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable, personalized shopping experiences.
- Drive sales and achieve department targets through innovative merchandising strategies and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, aligning with the store’s brand identity and enhancing the overall client experience.
- Build and foster lasting relationships with clients, promoting loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with senior management to set and implement departmental goals and strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within luxury fashion or womenswear.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and mentoring team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
- A sharp eye for fashion trends and an in-depth understanding of the luxury retail market.
