We are seeking an experienced B2B Service Marketing Specialist to join our growing team here at Evalian.

Working closely with and reporting to the Head of Marketing you will not only be developing clear road maps and brand positioning for our cyber security services but be supporting the growth of in-bound and out-bound lead generation as well as owning and taking through to market properly executed campaigns in collaboration with our commercial team.

The position is full time and fully remote. Long-term, the role may expand to line managing a small team within product/service marketing.

What you’ll do:

- Develop a deep understanding of our current and future customers understanding their challenges, needs and wants
- Work effectively in our CRM platform: analysing data, creating audience segments and building out service campaign flows
- Market analysis: Conduct market research and competitors to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, refining service strategies accordingly
- Craft comprehensive value propositions: Craft messaging that resonates with target audiences and work in conjunction with Head of Marketing to ensure consistency with overall brand positioning
- Validate value propositions: By conducting research and building comprehensive client insights
- Develop a go-to-market strategy: by creating effective roadmaps providing market and audience insights for internal use and be able to communicate and present this in a clear and concise manner across departments
- Partner with service technicians and commercial teams: to launch new services, driving awareness and acquisition among prospective and existing customers
- Sales / presales support: Equip sales teams with the knowledge, tools and resources needed to effectively promote and go to market that effectively communicates our services’ value throughout each stage of the client journey
- Content creation: Create high quality content and collateral for our services in line with our brand positioning.





Communicate the value of our services to various audiences by creating various tools such as pitch decks and demo videos
- Service launches: Coordinate service launches liaising with our commercial team and Head of Marketing for successful execution
- Cross functional collab: Foster strong working relationship with heads of practice across services, in order to conduct interviews and extract the right level of technical information to inform marketing decisions
- Take ownership of service templates documents: Ensure proposals and SoWs are up to date, adding in any required information. Editing, and support for sales when needed.
- Monitor and analyse KPIs and ROI: for each service campaign in order to understand effectiveness, and create clear reports to support planning and forecasting and arrive at recommendations to achieve objectives







Key requirements:

- You have a qualification in marketing, visual communication, business administration or related field
- You have at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in a B2B services marketing role and a demonstrated track record of driving growth within a technical, IT, cyber security or similar organisation and experience in launching brand new services
- You possess strong expertise across various aspects of marketing, such as performance marketing, digital marketing
- You have experience in working with a CRM platform
- Experience and proficiency in using data and insights to inform service and GTM strategy
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are a team player and thrive in being hands on,





in not only strategic work, but practical creation of content as well
- You have the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across internal departments
- You are a problem solver and strategic thinker with the ability to come up with new creative ideas to differentiate our offerings
- You are organised and self-disciplined with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- You are experienced in creating content through the use of tools such as canva or the Adobe Suite
- You have strong copywriting skills, based on experience of writing for social media, blog posts, product data sheets or similar

The Package:

The salary will depend on your qualifications and experience but will be in the range of £40,000 to £45,000 plus benefits.







All employees get 25 days of annual leave per year, plus bank holidays and Birthday Day Off.

Location:







The role is fully remote. The current Marketing team are all based in Scotland so we are particularly interested in candidates in that region, however, we are happy to receive applications from candidates in any part of the UK provided you can work effectively from home and are willing to travel from time to time.

You will need to have a dedicated, secure, working area and reliable internet connection. We may request that you attend our offices or events from time to time for various purposes, but we will always provide you with advance notice. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
