What will you do?

- Adhere to specific major account customer process procedures and work to enhance service delivery in accordance with the company process.
- Answer all incoming calls with exceptional high standards.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing excellent service and care, accurately processing customer orders, and regularly communicating the latest offers and courses to major account customers.
- Seek guidance from the Team Leader to maximize opportunities for your development.
- Attend all available training to further your professional development.






- strengthen our major account customer's relationship and strive to increase growth within the account.

What do you bring?

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- Superior communication skills and the motivation to stick to deadlines are a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook along with the capability to effectively manage.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is also essential.
