Full job description
Besure Group LTD are Heating Installation leaders in the heating sector. We are currently on the lookout for a highly motivated Finance Officer for our Head Office in Liverpool. The successful candidate would ensure the effective running of the Accounts department, working alongside a Accounts Assistant and external Accountants.
What’s involved?
Working as part of a team,
you will be processing sales and purchase invoices, Sub-Contractor payments, payroll, updating Cash Flow Forecasts and Monthly P&L; reporting. At least 3 years’ experience essential.
Responsibilities:
- Posting Sales and Purchase Invoices to Xero accounting software
- Supplier/Customer & Bank Reconciliations
- Update KPI’s for management decision making
- Monthly P&L;’s
- Payroll
- Processing Payments
- Effective running of Accounts department
- Adhoc Administrative Duties
Skills (Preferred):
- Highly competent in use of computers including Microsoft Office applications
- Use of Xero accounting software
- Quick and effective decision making
- Previous experience in Construction Industry
Experience / Skills
- 3 years’ experience in Accounts/Finance role
- Prior use of Accounting Software
- Communication Skills
- Computer Literate
