Our Purpose
To provide those who visit the area with details regarding information as to what is going on in and around the resort.
The Role
To engage with those who live, work and visit the resort and provide information as requested.
You will be based within the heart of the resort in the Tourist Information Office.
The role will include answering enquiries in person, phone and email.
You will be sharing the role with another member of the team (27 hours per week). Although mainly office based, there will be occasions where you will engage with visitors in the community, for example, providing school educational talks and walks.
Full on the job training and support will be provided and you will be working alongside the resort officer team.
About You
The successful candidate will display clear and effective communication skills coupled with a lively personality. You will be representing the Resort Team so the ability to work independently as well as within a team will be required.
Experience with dealing with social media would also be beneficial.

Start date: In line with our ‘Day One: NEL Induction Process’, we would like to aim to have the successful candidate in post by January 2025
(However, this may be subject to change and will of course be dependent on your notice period and relevant pre-employment clearances being completed)
