We arelooking for a Housekeeping Trainer who will :
- Guide newstarters through the fundamental steps of services for Housekeeping.
- Ensure anefficient operation on the shift and take responsibility for teambriefings and room inspections.
- Empower theteam to be more involved in the guest experience.
- Monitor andevaluate the ongoing training to ensure all team members are educated onthe correct and agreed-on company practices and procedures.
- Develop andskill up the teams and give them opportunities to take more responsibilityand show their value to the business.
