JOB TITLE : Apprenticeship Delivery Manager - Secondment

LOCATION(S) : Bristol, Leeds, Edinburgh

HOURS : Full-time

WORKING PATTERN : Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least

two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

About this Opportunity :

An exciting opportunity to join the award winning Lloyds Banking Group Apprenticeship Team on a 12 month basis. Working as a Delivery Manager you will design, manage and deliver apprenticeship opportunities across a wide range of business areas, working with a variety of Training Providers.

What you’ll need :

Ability to build relationships with business stakeholders to understand talent and development needs to recommend solutions.

An understanding of apprenticeships across the UK, ensuring compliance to funding rules and enabling improvements to programme delivery through external insights.

Experience of working with third party suppliers to enhance partnerships with Training Providers and Universities.

Experience of managing programmes and cyclical activities, using qualitative and quantitative measures to monitor performance and communicate the value of delivery.
