Job Summary :

Salary range : £37,575 - £41,286 per annum

Work location : London

Hours per week : 36

Contract type : Temporary up to 24 months

Vetting requirements : Enhanced DBS check

In this newly created role, you’ll liaise with residents so that we have access to units as part of our two-year Stock Condition Survey (SCS) project, which is instrumental to our planned future works.

Ultimately,





it will deliver positive growth for residents and the diverse local community.

The Role :

Our SCS project is being accelerated due to regulatory changes in social housing. In this role, you’ll likely be visiting residents 40% of your time, while the other 60% will involve arranging access appointments for surveyors.

You’ll work with the Asset Management Project Manager and Resident Liaison Manager, providing information and support to any residents who might be affected by the SCS project.

You’ll be at the front line of changing perceptions of the Council with the fulfilment of being involved in making a positive impact on residents’ lives.

You’ll do this by offering advice, information and assistance while stock surveys are carried out in people’s homes as well as through developing and monitoring consultation and communications plans.

In addition, you’ll establish a customer feedback / complaints procedure for the project, and work to solve any problems that arise.

About You :

You’ll have worked with tenants and leaseholders before and can create and maintain constructive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll have an understanding of social housing and customer service within a local government environment. In addition, you’ll have previous experience of engaging with residents, have a commitment to public service and bring an ability to resolve conflicts proactively and professionally.
