What We’re Looking For :
Previous Experience :
At least 2 years experience working within a Primary Setting
Behaviour Management : Proven track record in handling challenges.
- Communication Skills : Bridge gaps between students, staff, and parents / caregivers.
- Passion for Education : Ideally, experience with children and young people.
- Enhanced DBS Check : Valid and registered on the update service (or ready for a new adventure).
Your Role :
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with students, parents / caregivers, and colleagues.
- Adaptability : Tailor syllabus to individual students’ EHCP.
- Assessment Mastery : Employ a variety of strategies to evaluate pupil progress.

- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- HLTA Qualification
