About the role
Reporting to the Programme Manager, the Assistant Administrator plays a key role in the team which is responsible for the daily operation and administration of the UCL Summer School.
The role supports the delivery of both CLIE’s and the IOE’s Strategic Operating Plans.
This is a full-time permanent position.
The candidate must have the right to live and work in the UK.
Please note interviews will take place online via MS Teams on 26th November .
About you
You will be a process-oriented individual, educated to degree level, with proven experience of successful programme administration in higher education.
You will be quick to learn, flexible,
and possess an ability to prioritise a busy workload and remain calm under pressure.
You will be comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders both internally and externally and will need to able to do so effectively in a variety of contexts, always demonstrating care and a high level of attention to detail in all your work.
You will have strong IT skills and experience of using Microsoft Office packages in a professional setting to a high standard.
Lastly, you will enjoy with students from different nationalities and will want to ensure that all students on the Summer School have the best possible experience at UCL.
