Senior HR Systems and Process Specialist
ABL Group is seeking an accomplished and experienced Senior HR Systems and Processes Specialist to join our HR team in London.
This is a unique opportunity for a highly experienced professional to contribute to and enhance our HR systems at a strategic level.

What you will be doing.
As our Senior HR Systems & Processes Specialist will be responsible for providing global Systems & Processes support to the Head of HR Systems and Processes. In addition, you will :
- Lead and coordinate the development, implementation,
and continuous enhancement of process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with global standards for efficiency and consistency.
- Design, document, and evaluate processes using standardized methodologies, ensuring end-to-end optimization and alignment with global requirements.
- Collaborate with HR SMEs and COEs to enhance HRIS processes through re-engineering methodologies, maximizing system effectiveness and improving employee experience.
- Consult with business stakeholders to identify, collect, and propose solutions for potential process improvements.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and management of system-build processes, including user acceptance testing, reporting, and analyzing improvement outcomes.
- Conduct regular system and data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and deliver training content, effectively communicating process changes to operational teams.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, supporting the overall objectives of the organization.
The role is primarily based in London, and the incumbent needs to have the right to work and reside in the UK. Flexibility to work across multiple time zones from time to time.

- Hold a University Degree in HR or equivalent or CIPD certification is an advantage.
- Must have at least 6+ years of experience in HR in a global setting. Experience working with HR policies / handbooks and HRIS implementation.
- Knowledge of best practice HR policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of Employment Law.
- Must be well-versed in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Should have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Desirable Competencies :
- Knowledge of GDPR Regulations.
- Knowledge of international employment law.
- Experience from previous employment within the energy industry would be given priority.
