Ourclients growing Digital and Risk Advisory Services (DRAS) teamdeliver internal audit advisory and ThirdParty Assurance (TPA)engagements to a wide range of clients.

Our growing TPA team helpbuild trust between our clients and their stakeholders throughproviding independent assurance over diverse subject matter from.







Thisrole is all about delivering TPA engagements and related advice toa wide range of clients operating across a range of sectors andsupporting them in preparing to meet upcoming reporting andassurance requirements.

It is an opportunity for an experiencedindividual with strong assurance and consulting skills to help themfulfil their obligations to wider stakeholders.

Buildingon your existing knowledge of TPA reporting standards (ISAE 3000ISAE 3402 ISAE 3410 AAF 01 / 20 SOC1 / 2 ISRS 4400 etc) we will investin developing your understanding of what it really means for ourclient s businesses so that you can deliver assurance and advicethat is meaningful to our clients and fulfilling toyou.

Thework you will undertake will be a mixture of independent assuranceassessments of varying subject matter including complex criteriaand requirements as well as forwardlooking advisory projects tohelp clients succeed in preparedness for assurance in the future.

There will also be the opportunity for Involvement in ESG relatedassurance due to evolving assurance standards and the regulatoryreportinglandscape.







Youwill be involved in overseeing multiple concurrent projects withteams of varying sizes supporting clients at varying stages oftheir reporting journey under the various international andlocalised reporting standards ensuring clients reporting is subjectto independent assurance in line with qualityrequirements.

Youwill be leading projects and supporting the overall growth of ourTPA team and delivery capabilities and have the opportunity to workwith a wide variety of clients.

You will play an important role indeveloping and maintaining deep client relationships and indeveloping members of the team.

You will have the opportunity todevelop specialist sub sector further technical and regulatoryknowledge and be involved in both business and teamdevelopment.







Tobe successful in this role you will need to have the followingskills andexperience :

- Externalor internal audit or regulatory assurance or advisory workexperience
- Experiencein delivering work under recognised assurance standards (ISAE 3000ISAE 3402 ISAE 3410 AAF 01 / 20 SOC1 / 2 etc) and the ability to reviewvarying subject matter & criteria to determine appropriateassuranceapproach
- Haveundertaken & led complex and large assurance assignmentsand have an understanding of review methodologies and techniquesincluding assignment planning and riskassessments.
- Strongcommunication skills (verbal and written) ability to influence leadengage and managestakeholders






- Abilityto lead complex reviews including managing a team of managers andjunior staff members performing final review of files keydeliverables and ensuring file quality meets assurance ISQM1 andinternal requirements forquality.
