We are looking for
an experienced ,enthusiastic and innovative individual who :
- is accountable and responsible for the care delivery and management of all areas within the Bristol Dental Hospital (BDH) and associated sites.
- has excellent people management skills and experience
- has exceptional prioritisation and organisational skills
- is compassionate, driven and practical
- has excellent communication and engagement skills
- can adapt to different ways of working
- constantly strives to make improvements
- can use their own initiative as well as working as part of a team

The Lead Dental Nurse will :
- Be supervisory to practice.
- Be responsible for professional day to day clinical leadership and operational management of the BDH and associated sites.
- Ensure delivery of high quality, responsive, safe, efficient and compassionate care.
- Support the Matron in developing the service.
- Act as a leader and role model, adopting a flexible approach in a role which encompasses leadership, management and clinical responsibilities.
- Demonstrate pride in their work and enthusiasm for quality of care.
