For subbing purposes only* Liverpool in Work are working with the LCR Combined Authority and Lloyds Bank’s Digital Inclusion Initiative to support digitally excluded residents in Liverpool City Region with free tablet devices, 6 months of free Vodafone data and free in-person basic digital skills training via the Liverpool Adult Learning Service.
As part of these pilot events, tablets will be provided to participants who are economically inactive or unemployed and are registered on Liverpool's Ways to Work programme.
To receive devices, participants need to attend our 3 day training session delivered by Liverpool Adult Learning Service - the training will cover digital device setup, staying safe online,
financial literacy, basic digital skills, downloading and using apps, connecting to online resources and so on.
Participants will also take part in an online survey from Lloyds Bank to help our partners understand digital skill levels and confidence of learners.
Participants do not need to be a Lloyds Bank customer and the device is theirs to keep on completion. Salary n / aClosing date 31 / 10 / 2024hours Courses run Tues, Wed, Thurs each week
