We have an excellent opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive to join the team at one of the UK's leading engineering companies based in Warrington.

About the role
As an Internal Sales Executive, your main responsibilities will include :
- Handle incoming web / phone sales enquiries
- Provide quotations and supporting information as required
- Develop good product knowledge to answer customer questions
- Schedule follow-ups of customer contact, quotes etc.
- Achieve targets set for quotes / contact / sales won / upselling
- Identifying, Developing relationships with potential clients
- Maintaining good relationships with existing clients,
- Sharing relevant industry / sector information with the rest of the team
- Referring leads and opportunities to the dealer network and monitoring outcomes
- Creating and maintaining customer and quotation records in the CRM database
- Utilizing Some channels to create sales opportunities
- CRM order Processing / Sales order management
- Assist in the organisation of Exhibitions
About you
As an Internal Sales Executive, you must be / have :
- Consultative selling skills
- Organised with good time management and planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Strong IT proficiency
- Preference for candidates with plant and machinery experience
About the rewards
For the role of Internal Sales Executive there is a salary on offer of £25,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending upon experience and benefits include :
- 25 days plus bank holidays
