An outstanding boys' school in Hillingdon seeks a dedicated and inspiring Business Teacher to join its dynamic faculty. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the chance to shape young men into future business leaders and foster a love for learning in a high-achieving environment.
What You'll Do :
- Design and deliver stimulating and informative Business lessons across all year groups,
adhering to the National Curriculum.
- Cultivate a dynamic learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of business principles.
- Guide students in developing a comprehensive knowledge of key business areas, including finance, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
- Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, as applicable).
- Contribute to the development of the Business curriculum, incorporating innovative teaching methods and industry-relevant resources.
- Play a key role in inspiring and supporting students to participate in business-related competitions and initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Business department and contribute to school-wide events.
We Seek a Candidate Who :
- Possesses a valid QTS in Business or a relevant subject (Economics, Commerce).
- Demonstrates a strong passion for business education and a captivating teaching style.
- Excels in communication,
interpersonal skills, and classroom management within a high-achieving environment.
- Fosters a positive and inclusive learning environment that challenges and motivates students.
