We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and hard-working Early Years Teaching Assistant to join the caring and friendly staff at Harwood Park Primary School.
The successful candidate should have the ability to communicate at all levels and be able to work as part of a team.
The successful, well-qualified candidate will :
- Have knowledge and experience working with the Early Years Framework
- Have experience of supporting Early Years children
- Have the skills and knowledge to support children with a range of needs, using effective strategies to promote positive learning
- Have a passion for working with children and enhancing their development
- Be someone who is enthusiastic and motivated to challenge, inspire and motivate the children
- Have the ability to work in partnership with pupils, parents, staff and governors
- Be open to new ideas and committed to working as part of the school team
- Show a commitment to on-going professional development
