The Role :
As a Year 6 teacher, you will :
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Support students as they prepare for their SATs and transition to secondary school.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that promotes respect, curiosity, and a love of learning.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to students, parents, and school leadership.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver exciting cross-curricular projects.
What We’re Looking For :
- A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Proven experience in KS2, particularly Year 6, is desirable.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment expectations for SATs.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- A commitment to the wellbeing and development of every child.
