Hours: Permanent – Part time 28.8 hours (FTE 0.8)
Grade: B
Salary: £30,450 (BSP) / £33,600 (STP) pro rata

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations and Policy Advisor to join our People Team. We are recruiting for a part-time advisor to become part of our dedicated pay, policy and people relations team,
sitting within the wider People Team.
You'll be working within the Policy, Employee Relations and Pay Team, bringing together employee relations, policy and the pay & reward team, into one team as a center of excellence.
You'll be supporting transformative projects that include:
- Transformation of our people policies
- Improving our industrial relations landscape
Our purpose is to provide high quality advice and to support our colleagues and the organisation by being the subject matter experts.
The hours and days you can work are flexible. We would ideally like one of your working days to be a Friday. We value flexibility and are open to various recruitment options and hybrid working.
