Numbers Executive is partnering with a Big 4 accounting firm in the United Kingdom, offering exciting career opportunities for experienced Financial Due Diligence (Transaction Services) professionals. This firm is renowned for its strong global presence, collaborative culture, and dedication to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
With ambitious growth plans, they are seeking Transaction Services professionals currently at Assistant Manager, Manager or Associate Director level from Australia and New Zealand interested in relocating to the UK to continue their Transaction Advisory career.
The opportunity
As part of this high-performing team, you will:
- Lead and execute financial due diligence engagements for a wide range of clients, including corporate and private equity firms.
- Analyse and interpret complex financial data to provide key insights on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and clients, ensuring smooth project delivery and advisory excellence.
- Play a key role in business development, supporting proposals, and expanding client relationships.
Required Skills & Experience:
We are looking for professionals with demonstrated experience in Financial Due Diligence or Transaction Services, ideally within a Big 4 environment or mid-tier accounting firm. Applicants will be currently working at Assistant Manager, Manager or Associate Director level and possess strong technical expertise, with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Successful applicants will be actively seeking an opportunity to work abroad in a challenging and rewarding role supporting high profile financial transactions.
