About The Role
We are looking for a PR and Retail Marketing Manager to join us here at Phase Eight. This opportunity will see you focus on developing and implementing press, influencer and retail marketing strategies to enhance brand exposure and elevate our brand perception.
Whilst primarily focusing on the UK market, this role will also extend to global markets, building and maintaining strong relationships with fashion press, VIP stylists, influencers and talent managers.
Key accountabilities in this role include :
- Collaborating with the Senior Brand Communications Manager on seasonal campaigns, ensuring effective planning and implementation
- Developing and executing seasonal PR and influencer marketing strategies that align with the Phase Eight brand pillars to drive key brand messages
- Create and distribute press releases for key brand moments, tracking the success of paid partnerships
- Develop and implement retail marketing strategies that reinforce wider retail initiatives, including flagship store openings and localised marketing activities
- Manage the production of key events, such as press days, store events and fashion shows
- Work together with the Head of Brand Creative to build a strong and engaging brand identity across all communication channels including lookbooks
- Analyse the effectiveness of marketing activities to assess ROI and identify key learnings
About You
This role would suit a results driven PR and marketing professional with strong fashion and / or retail industry understanding looking to take their career to the next level.
Proven experience in PR, marketing or a related field is required for success in this role.
The PR and Retail Marketing Manager will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional time management.
